After several years of denying myself the pleasure of being a person
centered counsellor because I was working fairly long hours in my
old career, I am now returning to the career that I really love.
My
sister introduced me to Sam
Luxemburg and I received some training in person centered
counselling.
The
more I learned and did practice sessions, the more I enjoyed being a
counsellor.
I am
committed to the core values of Person Centered counselling -

Equality with the client, rather than being superior.
I love
seeing clients empower themselves in the space and with the feedback
that I provide.
While
some clients have thanked me for the advice I have given them, I
have not actually advised them at all. They have simply become
empowered to be their own advisors.
