I see so many people struggling to lose weight. They go on diets, sweat it out doing long sessions of cardio exercises, take weight loss supplements, eat low fat foods, purchase special exercise equipment and regularly feel disappointed when they weigh themselves.

There are much healthier, easier and more effective ways to achieve your health, fitness and body shape goals than that, in fact every one of those actions could be counterproductive. Yet it is those very same products and recommendations that are in most of the the weight loss products, magazines, products and services that are available. Some government health programs still provide the same ineffective recommendations.

I have experimented with my own body and found out much more effective ways of healthily reducing my amount of body fat, increasing my vitality and really enjoying the delicious natural foods that nourish my body. While every person's body is different and we all have different tastes, I and many other people believe that everybody can create (or have created for their own individual requirements) a program that is healthy, effective and enjoyable for you.

I also can run an individual or group workshops for people, including some free programs.

I can use the following format for the workshop:

5 Minutes Introduction.

8 minutes Discuss with participants about weight loss goals

I mention about the possibility of replacing the weight loss goal with a specific body fat percentage goal.

40 minutes of core energetics exercises.

I then do the presentation. The content of the presentation will vary depending on what the participant  or participants shared earlier.

A Toyota Prius Hybrid car is an amazing motor vehicle.

When stuck in heavy traffic, there is not even the sound of the engine running.

It is a peaceful island in the middle of the stuck traffic. You can relax, look at the dashboard and see the indicator showing you that the car using no fuel at all.

It is so different from a vehicle like a powerful V8 performance car which vibrates with energy and consumes a lot of fuel while you wait.

Yet your own body is even more amazing.

Your body adapts itself to how you use it.

Your body can slow down while you are waiting and use very little energy.

Additionally, unlike a car, it can also expand its ability to store fuel. It stores extra fuel as body fat. Yes your body really is amazing.

The way many people in Western societies tend to use their bodies causes them to use energy very efficiently like a Toyota Prius car does.

Very few people develop their body to perform more like a powerful V8 performance car.

Yet you can easily adapt your own body toward being extremely powerful and vibrating with energy.

Some years ago I purchased Tom Venuto's book "Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle".

I discovered for myself how to adapt my body toward being a lean powerful machine. I enjoyed having six pack abs.

Yet I then chose a different path. I was training myself to do counselling.

Person Centered counselling the method of counselling which was developed by Carl Rogers.

I love the way the clients empower themselves as they solve their own challenges in life. I do not give advice yet clients sometimes thank me for the great advice I have given to them. I have not told them what to do. They have simply been empowered to be their own advisor.

Nearly all clients would easily open up to me and make great progress. Yet those who wanted to lose weight tended to remain closed to me about their weight issues.
So I decided to get fatter to gain more empathy with those clients. It definitely did that. There is a lot of emotion under those issues and a lot of opportunities for clients to empower themselves.

For a few weeks I began to shed all that extra body fat however I actually enjoyed being fat. Unlike most people who fatten themselves with sugars, grains and empty calories, I ate more of the foods that I really enjoyed. Fresh crisp crunchy salads and raw vegetables. Milk. Meat. Nuts Delicious sweet fresh ripe fruit. Lots of delicious food. I was able to enjoy my big belly yet felt healthy at the same time. I kept my fat belly.

Since doing Robert Kirby's Core Energetics program I have lost interest in having a big belly and begun to shed that body fat again, not by dieting but by using a lot of energy and enjoying plenty of delicious healthy food.

2 weeks after the beginning of the 4 days with Robert Kirby, I am still 100 kilograms yet my waist was 2 inches smaller and my belt fitted me again. I am about 97 kilograms now and my belt has to be tightened up 5 notches to stop my trousers from falling down.

I feel fitter, stronger, more flexible, much more energetic and alive.
